What freelancers need most

  • Flexible passes – hourly, daily or flexi passes instead of a fixed contract
  • Internet you can trust – ask for a speed test and whether there's a backup line
  • Backup power – 36 listed spaces mention a generator or UPS
  • A quiet corner or phone booth for client calls
  • Location – near home or near clients, because traffic decides how often you'll go

For content creators

If you shoot video or record podcasts, look for spaces with a studio or a bookable room with good acoustics; several spaces rent content studios by the hour. Open coworking areas are too noisy for recording.
